AIのガードレールとワークフローを確立する\n開発環境にAIを組み込む前に、責任を持って効果的にAIを使用するためにガイドラインを定める必要があります。セキュリティアナライザーの使用を含む自動テストを設定して、本番環境へ反映される前にすべてのAI生成コードを確実にレビューするゲートメカニズムを構築します。また、シャドーITの最新のパターンであるシャドーAIに注意してください。シャドーAIとは、コードベースで作業する際に作業者が独自のAIアシスタントを導入することで、機密情報や知的財産の漏えいにつながる恐れがあります。\n\nまた、チームがタスクの種類に応じてどのように異なる種類の機械学習（ML）モデルを使い分けるかについても、今から考えておくことをおすすめします。ひとつのMLモデルですべてのタスクを行えるわけではありません。大規模言語モデル（LLM）は多くの場合、特定のタスク向けに調整されています。つまり、複数のユースケースで同じAIモデルを使用しているチームは、最適な結果を得られない可能性があります。AIツールを選ぶ際には、特定のユースケースに合わせてさまざまなモデルを提供するベンダーを探しましょう。そうすることで、後々、モデルを入れ替える手間がかかりません。\n\n## 3. データドリブンなAIの骨組みを構築する\nAIが組織にもたらす成果は、AIシステムからアクセス可能なデータの質によって左右されます。AIシステムにデータを供給することで、組織のニーズに合わせて結果を調整し、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体の効率性と生産性を向上できます。しかし、長期的な成功を収めるためには、組織全体でデータを使用してプロンプトを与え、生成AIの出力を強化するデータドリブンなAIの骨組みが必要です。\n\nそのために行うべきことは次のとおりです。\n- データの収集、保存、クリーニング、処理を行う堅牢な仕組みを確立。\n- 特にGDPRやCCPAのような規制に確実に準拠するために、データアクセス、データの使用、セキュリティ、プライバシーに関する明確なガバナンスを確立。\n- データのサイロ化を解消。部署を超えたコラボレーションを促進し、組織のさまざまな場所でデータを活用できるようにします。今こそ、デベロッパーとデータサイエンティストが協力してデータウェアハウスやデータレイクを活用し、トレーニングモデルへのアクセスやアプリケーションの利用を促進するのに最適なタイミングです。\n\n## 4. 人材と組織文化の変革に注力する\nAIの可能性を安全かつ確実に、責任を持って引き出すには、継続的にスキルアップを行うことが不可欠です。データサイエンティストやAIエンジニア、その他の専門家からなるチームを編成し、AIソリューションを設計、開発、実装しましょう。従業員のスキルアップを図り、AIシステムを効果的に使用、保守できるようにすることが極めて重要です。また、AIの導入は長期に渡るプロセスであり、ある程度の[文化的変革](https://about.gitlab.com/the-source/ai/5-ways-execs-can-support-their-devops-teams-with-ai/)を行う必要があります。AIとデータドリブンの意思決定を受け入れる文化を育成することがAI導入を成功に導く鍵となります。社員が抱く自動化や仕事を失うことへの懸念に対応しつつ、試行と変革を促しましょう。\n\n##
